Take a deep dive into the cheeses from the French, Swiss and Italian Alps.  Guided by winner of the 2022 Cheesemonger Invitational, Sam Rollins, this class explores the history, and cheesemaking methods of this high altitude region.

While the cheese can stand alone, it’s way more fun to experience it along with wine.  Afterall, alpine wine is something we like to take very seriously.  So, we’ve selected 4 wines as a pairing.
